Since early January we haven’t had much rain on Vancouver Island, 67.8mm compared to our usual total of 237mm. So with less rain and cold temps its been a good time to get in some Podcasts. Spending time taking in different talks from rescues, to how people deal with risk and stress on and off the river.

My 7 podcasts –
- The Discomfort Zone with Anna Levesque – Check the Link here. A few recent episodes I listened to are #34 with Stephen Wright talking about Fun, Stoke, and Failure, #37 with Anna about boundary setting, and #40 with David Fusilli about the “Brown Claw” and connectivity,
- The Hammer Factor – Found this interview with Charlie Walbridge very interesting.
- The Sharp End Podcast – Hosted by Ashley Saupe. Real people sharing real stories.
- The Fine Line Podcast – stories of Adventure, Risk, and rescue from the Backcountry of Jackson Hole
- Jah Praise Whitewater – With Nick Turner. A celebration of Whitewater paddling and Legends who have shaped the sport. Check out Ep # 7 with Mariann Saether or Ep # 3 with Ben Stookesberry
