Adventures on the Quesnel River

Went up for a visit to a friend in Quesnel, BC. While there I was able to get out on a couple of sections on the Quesnel river. The first day Tyler, Matt, Dave and myself went to the Upper section near Likely, BC and paddled down the canyon. Then the next day I jumped on a rafting trip with Tyler and Matt on the Lower Quesnel. Both sections offer some great rafting. The Upper Quesnel being a bit more exciting with whitewater along it’s length. Another run in the area, which I didn’t get on is the upper Caribou. Will have to get out to that adventure in the future. Can check out some of the rafting options here. Also there is the the Unlikey Paddlefest which is the third weekend of September.
